Lottery number generator
These numbers are random in your browser, not a forecast, and TheOwlBay is not affiliated with Powerball, Mega Millions, EuroMillions, or any other lottery.
This lottery number generator fills ticket-style sets: Powerball, Mega Millions, EuroMillions, or a custom count and range, with no repeat inside a ticket. It is random, not a forecast, and not affiliated with any lottery. If you only need integers in a range without bonus-ball formats, use the random number generator. Presets stay in English as game format names. crypto.getRandomValues draws the numbers in this browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Why a lottery number generator is not random number
Random number on TheOwlBay is min–max integers, optionally with repeats. A lottery number generator is a ticket format: five from 1–69 plus a bonus from 1–26 for Powerball, a similar Mega Millions shape, EuroMillions with two lucky stars, or a custom count and range. People search this page when they want sets that look like a slip, not a classroom integer. Copy must stay honest: this is random, not a prediction, not hot-and-cold analysis, and not affiliated with any operator. We will not sell “winning systems.” Presets keep the English game names because those are official format labels. If you do not need a bonus ball, custom range or the random number page is enough. TheOwlBay does not sell tickets.
How to fill a ticket-style set
Choose Powerball, Mega Millions, EuroMillions, or custom range in ticket format. Set how many tickets, up to the field maximum. For custom range, fill numbers per ticket, minimum, and maximum; those fields hide until you pick custom. Read the disclaimer under the controls before you generate numbers — it states that results are random, not a forecast, and that TheOwlBay is not affiliated with those games. Press generate numbers. Each ticket avoids repeats inside itself. Share a result URL if you want; it is still not a forecast. Change preset and generate again for a new format. Last preset and custom fields can sit in localStorage on this device. There is no account, no ticket purchase, and no “lucky dip” sold by TheOwlBay. If you only wanted a classroom integer, open random number instead of this format picker.
How ticket numbers are drawn
Each ticket samples distinct integers in the main range, then distinct bonus balls if the preset has them, using crypto.getRandomValues. That is a cryptographically strong shuffle of the needed count, not a claim of genuine randomness and not a model of past draws. Powerball, Mega Millions, and EuroMillions ranges are the usual published formats at the time this page shipped; operators can change rules — check the official slip. We are not affiliated with those games. Multiple tickets are independent sets. Nothing is sent to a lottery API. localStorage can remember the last preset and custom fields on this device.
Who this ticket tool is for
People who want a quick set of numbers in a known format without installing a lottery app can use this lottery number generator in the browser. Classroom probability demos can use custom range with a small maximum so students can see sets without a real-world ticket. It is not for underage play; follow your local law. It is not advice to buy a ticket, and it is not a claim that last week’s numbers will repeat. If you need a draft order for a sports league, that is a different generator. If you need bingo calls, use the bingo caller. If you need a hat draw of people to teams, that is hat-draw. TheOwlBay will not tell you these numbers will win. The disclaimer on the panel is the product: random, not a forecast, not affiliated with Powerball, Mega Millions, EuroMillions, or any other lottery.
